Silk Road Mountain Race

About the event

A fixed-route, unsupported, single-stage cycling race through the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, on gravel, single and double track and old Soviet roads with very little tarmac. The distance varies each year, at around 1,900 km; the clock does not stop and there are no prizes.
