Deleting your Rextrake account
You can delete your account whenever you want, from the site or the app. Deletion is final: there is no recycle bin.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, email, avatar and preferences.
- Your tracks with their GPX and RXF files, waypoints, photos and voice notes.
- Badges, points, leaderboards, challenges, duels, comments, club and course memberships.
- Invoices already issued stay archived as the law requires, with no link to your profile.
How to do it
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Delete account (on the site or in the app) and request the confirmation code: it arrives by email.
- Enter the code and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
